Didn’t do any sketching over the bank holiday weekend. That said, I didn’t miss staring at monitor for hours on end either!
I suppose I should at least keep the momentum up, so here’s another “loose” or at least looser sketch of a samurai. I doubt the armour’s accurate, I kinda made it up as I was going…
Ok, this is bugging me now. For some reason the images are no longer aligned to the centre of the page. :(
Edit: fixed the alignment bug! :)
The pink monster’s back and has taken it upon himself to cause havoc amongst the local populace. I’ll probably do another image featuring the little fella, though I may let the locals get a revenge next time…
Edit: added a slight rotation to the image, making it at least 15% more exciting. ;p
Bit of a carpy sketch this one. Going to try and do some more “loose” stuff. Hopefully it’ll stop me getting bogged down in all the detail right at the start. Carp? I repeatedly spelled crap incorrectly…
I’ve also got another sketch with that pink monster from a few posts ago in the works. Fingers crossed, i’ll get that finished off tomorrow evening.
This is what happens when you spend 20 minutes sketching a homeless toad. He’s probably desperate enough to dance for money, no sense holding onto your dignity… honestly, i’ve no idea where this is going…
However I enjoyed doing the Playtime sketch more (see previous post), so expect to see more stuff with a similar style to that.
I decided to go with something a little more colourful this time. I’m not sure what the monster’s up to, but I guess even monsters like a little fun in the sun.
A Yeti style creature (hence the ‘ish) that needs a visit to the dentist. It took about 30 mins or so to complete. I toyed with the idea of a full body, but couldn’t seem to get a handle on the legs.
